Now Supply provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. By visiting or shopping at Now Supply and/or our website, you agree to accept these conditions.

General

We make every effort to provide the most accurate and timely information about our products and pricing. Because our site relies heavily on electronic automation, software, and human contact, it is possible that an error or errors may appear on our website from time to time. In the event of such error(s), Now Supply has the absolute right to disallow any transaction by a user of the Now Supply business or website that would be adversely affect Now Supply. That may include the cancellation of an order(s) placed with our company, as well as the cancellation of an order(s) following its shipment and/or receipt by our customer(s).

We reserve the right at any time to collect from customers the value of any amount(s) received unjustly due to errors or omissions on the Now Supply website, products shipped in error or otherwise.

Some products offered for sale by Now Supply tend to experience price volatility in the marketplace. As a result, prices on these and all items on the website are subject to change without notice.

Ordering

We have designed this website to make placing your order simple and straight-forward via our catalog link. When you find an item you would like to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, simply click the checkout button to complete your transaction. Now Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover through our secure shopping cart system. We also accept payment by check by mail. If you wish to pay by check, simply print out your shopping cart page with the items you wish to purchase and send it along with your check to:

Please note that when paying by check, orders will be held until your check clears the financial institution. This process could take up to ten (10) business days.

Note that checks dishonored by the issuing bank will be assessed a returned check charge of $35.00, 5% of the face value of the check, or the maximum amount allowed by Florida law, whichever is greater.

Special Orders – Special order items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse and partner locations, as they are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please contact us for more details. Due to the nature of these products, any cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service along with competitive pricing. If you find the exact same product at a lower price, please contact us with the details. We will do our best to meet the lower price when possible. When you contact us, be sure to include all related details so that we may properly research the pricing difference.

Orders in our local delivery area placed Monday through Friday before 12 Noon EST normally ship the same day and should arrive to you the next business day. Special order and backordered items typically ship in 7-10 days directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse unless otherwise indicated.

Now Supply accepts purchase orders for businesses with approved credit terms. If you would like to apply for credit terms, please contact us to receive a credit application. All purchases made using credit terms are subject to the policies stated on the credit application.

Sales Tax – Now Supply is located in and registered with the state of Florida for sales tax purposes. Florida sales tax and applicable county surtax charges are included on all orders shipped to a Florida address. Customers located in states other than Florida are responsible for complying with their own state’s sales/use tax reporting and payment regulations.

Shipping

Now Supply ships to the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Locations – All orders ship from the closest of 37 nationwide warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. This may result in receiving your order at different times if you ordered more than one item.

For orders in the Orlando, Florida local delivery area, Now Supply will deliver via Company Truck, UPS, or other common carrier at our discretion. Orders over $150 are delivered free of charge within this local area while orders below $150 will be charged an $9.95 delivery fee.

For orders outside our local delivery area, Now Supply uses 3 delivery methods including Parcel Carrier such as UPS and FedEx Groun, Over-sized Parcel Carrier and Freight Carrier. Please contact us for a freight estimate.

For residential and business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is made to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. For any special request such as in home delivery or set up, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

Customers must take care to include the most relevant contact phone number when placing an order. Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed appointments or re-delivery.

Contact Now Supply directly for any special delivery instructions. Alternatively, the consumer is responsible to provide a signed special instruction note for the driver in a conspicuous location at the delivery location.

Cancellations

All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping. All cancellations may be subject to any associated fees incurred by Now Supply.

The Now Supply 100% Satisfaction Policy

As our customer, we highly value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Since we carry such a diverse line of products, we evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. The following are some general guidelines we use to resolve various situations:

Damages – Occasionaly orders are damaged in transit. Please let us know what is damaged, in as much detail as possible, so that we can determine the next step. All visible damages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at time of delivery.

Wrong Items Delivered – In the event you receive the wrong item, please let us know what you received in as much detail as possible (item #, product name, quantity). Also, please let us know if you would like to keep the item and add it to your order, replace the item you ordered with what you received, or return it and have the item you originally ordered sent to you.

Special Order Products – We are not able to return Special Order Products back to the manufacturer. However, please let us know why you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we will try to correct the situation.

General Dissatisfaction (i.e, missing parts) – Please let us know in as much detail as possible why you are not satisfied and we will try to correct the situation to the best of our ability.

Returns

If you have decided to send the item back…

Most products may be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be unopened and resalable. All sales are final on floor machines and vacuum cleaners.

Under certain circumstances, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that were not initially charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Now Supply shall be that of the customer.

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Return Authorization – You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number from Now Supply. Shipping the item back without an RA number from Now Supply may delay your refund. To get an RA number simply contact us at Widget: email cloaker and include the following information:

Reason for return
All other pertinent details
Whether you want credit for the item or a replacement item

2. Ship To Address – We will give you the ship to address for your return. If you return the item without getting the shipping information from Now Supply, it may delay your refund.

3. Packing the Item – Please do not mark the box with the RA number. The item you ship back can be resold. However, this is not possible if the RA number is written on the box. The RA number should appear on the shipping label.

4. Shipping the Item – We highly recommend shipping the item back using UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package is vital for you to ensure it is not lost in transit. Unfortunately, if the item never reaches the warehouse, we cannot issue a credit.

It general, it can take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item at our warehouse for your refund to appear on your credit card account. It is our policy to issue the refund to the same credit card account on which the order was placed.
